Focused web apps and MVPs, built directly with me.

Have a product idea or a business process that takes too much manual work? I help identify the essential workflow and turn it into a working browser-based application.

Let’s discuss your project

A good fit

For founders and businesses that need a specific tool. My best fit is a small or medium project with a primary user need, a defined audience and an available decision-maker. A larger idea can begin with a useful, self-contained phase.

What we can build

  • MVPs: an initial useful product release to try with real users.
  • Customer portals, forms and browser-based data workflows.
  • Internal tools for reporting, organizing data and repetitive processes.
  • Integrations with existing systems after checking API access and permissions.
  • A defined improvement to an existing application following a code review.

How we work

  1. One essential problem

We describe the user and the workflow that needs to change. We separate essential functionality from ideas for later.

  2. Scope and technical decisions

We agree on screens, data, permissions, integrations and acceptance criteria. We check dependencies that could affect cost or timing.

  3. Build in stages

I implement the agreed scope and we review progress against the actual workflow. We agree on deployment, code handover and maintenance responsibilities.

Before we start

What should go into an MVP?

The smallest useful scope that lets a user complete the main task and helps you learn whether the product solves their problem. Features follow that goal, with other ideas reserved for later phases.

Can one developer handle the project?

Yes, when the scope, dependencies and expectations fit this way of working. Before starting, we assess whether the project needs additional specialists, parallel teams or ongoing operational coverage and plan accordingly.

How do we agree on budget and timing?

Start with the core workflow, users, existing systems and target date. Integrations, data migration and availability requirements affect the estimate. We define the scope before agreeing on delivery terms.

What happens at handover?

We agree on code, documentation, account access and the deployment environment before work starts. We also establish responsibility for hosting, maintenance and future development.

Tell me what you need, the problem it should solve, your budget and your preferred timing. If the scope is still unclear, start with the business goal.
